Create monthly reports and submit to client.

  • Audit proposals to ensure all client specifications are afforded. Review contract addendums and current Statement of Work. Provide pricing adjustments to clients.
  • Address client issues and create sound resolutions to the client’s satisfaction. Conduct client meetings and ensure high level of customer service.
  • Proficient in ability to accommodate specialized requests and time sensitive tasks.
  • Train staff on client processes and procedures, and advise of updates as needed.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated to programs and projects.
  • Coordinate on-site programs for clients.
  • Perform medical records quality assurance checks.
