Onsite Occupational Health Nurse – Montgomery, IL
Corporate Health Resources, Inc. (CHR) is looking for a part-time occupational health nurse (OHN) in the Montgomery, IL area to provide occupational medicine services to company employees including the integration of the full spectrum of health services programs. The OHN will be responsible for providing injury/ illness/ incident medical care and reporting per site protocols, coordinating and fulfilling required medical compliance exams (e.g., pre-placement, customer required, and medical surveillance), and providing absence management services to employees who are out of work on either personal or work-related disability, including return to work and transitional return to work program management.
The OHN will be also accountable for utilizing the site’s transitional work programs, collaborating with HSE to provide training and support for medical emergency response, and supporting health and wellbeing goals and initiatives.
This is a part-time position based at our client’s Montgomery, IL headquarters.
QUALIFICATIONS:

- · COHN-S and CCM certification preferred.

Nurse Case Manager – Rockville, MD
Corporate Health Resources, Inc. (CHR) is looking for a full-time nurse case manager (NCM) in the DC Metro area to provide case management services to our nationwide clients. The NCM will be responsible for documenting all activities using a web-based case management system and for identifying and obtaining all documentation pertinent to the examinees recovery plan. The NCM, who reports to CHR’s Program Manager, will be also accountable for maintaining an assigned caseload and will be required to follow company and client protocols.
Through daily consultations with practitioners, employer representatives, and examinees, the NCM will assess, plan, implement, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate options and services to meet the health and return-to-work needs of workers as related to personal (i.e. short-term disability) and/or workers’ compensation cases. The person in this role must have working knowledge of travel health assessments, expatriation, executive programs, return to work, and post-accidents cases involving occupational health-related issues.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Occupational Health Nurse – Rockville, MD
Corporate Health Resources (CHR) is seeking a full-time Occupational Health Nurse (RN) to work in our Rockville, MD office. This is a NON-CLINICAL position; all work is performed via computer and telephone. Under general supervision, the Occupational Health Nurse/Case Manager has responsibility for the delivery of case management services to the employees of CHR clients. Case management may include pre-employment physical assessment, periodic examinations, fitness-for-duty determinations, return-to-work evaluations, case management of maritime employees out on medical leave, short-term disability, long-term disability, and others as related to occupational health.
QUALIFICATIONS:

- · Fully unencumbered registered nursing license required, preferably in compact state
- · COHN, COHN-S, CAOHC, and/or case management certification desired
